After two years of working on the designs for a variety of potential sites, taking one right through to approved planning permission before moving on to the site in Colchester, Housesimple finally moved in to their new 900 sq m office headquarters. I worked with a clear brief, a budget of 350K and a fixed moving in date. I undertook the full design and project management of the project from start to finish working closely with the client, contractor, furniture and lighting suppliers, project administrator, health and safety, building control, fire officer and landlord to ensure we hit all targets successfully and brought the project in on time and under budget.
