We bought this plot of land with outline planning permission for a 1 bed house designed by Burd Haward Architects. We adapted the design to suit our family and embarked on a self build project to create a 3 bedroom family home. We have since extended further to create a fourth bedroom with a new first floor bedroom/ bathroom and work space as seen in hand sketches.
